Ganguly hits century!

Yesterday it was Sachin’s day and today it was Sourav Ganguly’s day.The Bengal prince made a fabulous century and made India to be in a good postion.At the start of today’s play India were 311 for 5.Ishant sharma the night watchman did not stand there for long as he fell to Peter Siddle at 8.Then it was India’s Captain Mahendran Singh Dhoni paired with Sourav . Dhoni played two brilliant hook shots of Siddle and one went for four and another went for a huge six.The partnership between the two went on and scored 100 runs.Dhoni made his half century very quickly.Dhoni really increased the runrate as Ganguly was eyeing on the century.Finally Ganguly came with shot on legside and scored a brilliant century celebrating in style.The Dada made the mouth of the critics to shut and gave a strong reply to them that he can still contribute to India.The Indian dressing applauded him.When White bowled to him, he went down the crease and the misjudged the ball , finally resulting in a catch at midoff.The great knock came to an end.Then it was a blazing innings given by Dhoni as started to push the balls to the boundaries.On the other wickets started to fall and Dhoni was trying to make a century.But he fell on 92 to Siddle.Finall at the end of the innings India were 469.

When Australia came on to bat,Indian players were very charged up and they got their first strike.Zaheer bowled his first over brilliantly and in his third ball the out of form Mathew Hayden was bowled.Then Ponting and Katich gave some resistance against the Indian bowling.But both of got out for cheap and then finally it was Michael Clarke.The Indian spinner Amit Mishra took 2 wickets and Zaheer and Ishant each one.At the end of play Australia was 102 for 4
