Day3,India Vs Australia-Match Analysis

India Vs Australia,Day 3 at,Bangalore:

It was fine morning with bright sun shine in Chinnaswamy stadium, Bangalore.India was 68 for no loss on Day 2 , and it was fresh day for the Indian Openers.Gautam Gambhir was the first to go with a storming delivery of Brett Lee resulting in LBW.The next was Virender Sehwag, who gave his wicket in reckless manner. It was a wide delivery from Mitchell Johnson and gdont know why Viru attempted for a shot.It was a clean catch by Mathew Hayden in the slips. So India was in trouble with both their openers in the pavilion. In the crease it was the wall Dravid and the little master Sachin Tendulkar.Everybody expected Tendulkar to cross Lara’s milestone in this innings, but he failed to do so.When he was in unlucky 13 , he was caught on covers. It was a beautiful slow delivery by Johnson and he was the man of the innings.Laxman out for duck and then it was the partnership between Dravid and Sourav Ganguly.Dravid crossed his 53 rd half century and when he was in 51, he was adjudged LBW by Asad Rauf.Dravid really got dissappointed as it was a clearly inside edge from the bat.The next batsmen was Dhoni who was fondling with his foot in the crease. He scored 9 from 50 deliveries and in 51st delivery Clarke shattered the stumps with a brilliant delivery.Dhoni was unplayable.Ganguly made a useful 47 and contributed India to avoid follow on.After Ganguly’s Dismissal it was the tailender’s partnership between Harbhajan and Zaheer Khan.Harbhajan played some fabulous strokes and made his third fifty against Australia. Both made India to cross the 300 mark.Harbhajan was dismissed when he was on 57.At the end of the play India finished with 313 for 8 wickets.Hope everything goes well tommorrow and India might bowl well.It is obvious from today’s play that the Pitch has completely changed and might have great impact in next two days of play.
